Big Changes!

I am back after a long hiatus. I was very busy, too busy to post here. Let’s see… I graduated college, relocated across the country, had a really cute baby, started a social media apprenticeship program over at elephantjournal.com, taken up food photography and vegan recipe development, started a novel, and started writing articles that have been published at EJ. Wow!

I recently got a commission for some paintings and prints, so that is letting me jump back into making art again after a little break to chill out after my big show, Optical Ambrosia. I probably will be returning as the Fine Arts instructor at Micahel’s Arts and Crafts. I also have a lead on a gallery in Tampa, so I will be checking that out in the New Year.

I took the time to add more art, photos, recipes and writing to the site, so you can see what I have been up to! We really have been enjoying the weather in Clearwater this winter. No snow for us to shovel or icy roads to drive on. Yay! Being a parent is a whole different ball game and I am sure that I will get into that later. So enjoy the updates that I have posted. I think that you’ll notice my progression as an artist. This just makes me want to keep making everything: art, food, photos, and stories.
